Specialist in ophthalmology<\/h2>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

dr medical Martin D\u00f6rner was born in Bocholt, where he returned after his studies and successful ophthalmological training. On October 3, 1988, he opened the ophthalmology practice at Koenigstrasse 32 in Bocholt, in the same rooms where his father, Dr. medical Walter D\u00f6rner worked as a dermatologist. <\/span><\/p>\n

Outpatient eye surgery was his passion right from the start. Always looking for new techniques and innovative ideas to help his patients, he was and is one of the pioneers in the field of refractive lens surgery. His manual dexterity helps him both in the eye surgery and in his hobby, the vintage cars.<\/p>\n

His wife dr. medical Susanne D\u00f6rner opened her practice just a few years after him as the first female surgeon in Westphalia-Lippe. Today her two daughters support Dr. medical Friederike Dorner and Dr. medical Johanna D\u00f6rner the family business.<\/p>\n

dr Martin D\u00f6rner is a member of the large ophthalmological societies ASCRS\/ESCRS, DOG, BDOC and VoA, as well as a founding member of the DGII. He is also qualified as a hygiene officer.<\/p>\n
